The ad pictured below appeared on Craigslist showing mother Traci Young (38 years old) and her daughter Tammi Smith (22 years old). Young and Smith, plus Young’s boyfriend, David Riley, were arrested yesterday after an undercover cop posed as a john and allegedly paid them for their sexual services. Their Craigslist ad basically said that the two ladies were a package deal.

The Craigslist ad was listed under erotic services, and touted Young and Smith as a "mother-n-daughter tag team," according to one version of the ad. It showed a picture of the two, cozy on a sectional couch that sits on the home’s front porch. The threesome was specifically advertised "w4m" or women for men.

Young and Smith negotiated a $200 rate for both of them at the same time and "for multiple sex acts," said Lt. Charles Green, with the Citywide Vice Enforcement Unit.

The mother and daughter hookers had men in Philadelphia going in and out of their Tacony home sometimes every 30 minutes neighbors said.

Smith’s has two daughters, 7 and 5, and a son, 3, who were all taken into protective custody. Neighbors said:

"It was heartbreaking to see them kids. The parents didn’t take care of them. The boy was once outside in the rain, wearing only a diaper. All the neighbors would keep an eye on them to make sure they didn’t run out into the street. The mother and daughter would walk around with ’G-strings’ and they were in the backyard with no tops."

Young and Smith were known around the block to be working as strippers at Dangerous Curves, on Tacony Street near Comly.

Also arrested was 29-year-old David Riley, Young’s pim…I mean boyfriend. When cops stormed the house Riley hid in a crawlspace where either Young or Smith placed their four pitbulls. This would be the ultimate white trash story if they only lived in a trailer.

Speaking of the living quarters this is how police described it…

When Green entered the house - which had cable TV and a queen-size mattress covered in a comforter made by the tween brand Bratz and girlish pillowcases featuring princesses and monkeys - he was “taken aback.”

“I thought it was deplorable,” he said. “It was sick.”

And this is why I really love and miss Philadelphia sometimes…

Many neighbors applauded when the two women were escorted outside by police and in handcuffs.

Apparently the pair worked as strippers and when their club closed down they apparently turned to turning trick.

Young had a different take, telling TV reporters as she did the perp walk into the police van: “It’s a messed up world out there. We have to do this just to get by.”

Or you could have…oh I don’t know…gotten real jobs.

According to one of the comments left on the Daily news article one of them was wearing a tshirt at the time of their arrest that said “Where do you want it? The yapper, the snapper, or the crapper?”

The kids were taken from the home and placed with CPS. You wouldn’t consider them victims in all of this would you?

The city Department of Licenses and Inspections yesterday deemed the house a nuisance, because of prostitution and forbade its residents to return.

Looks like Young and Smith will have to work real jobs like everyone else now, if they can find one. Neighbors were caught on TV news camera clapping for the arrest, and one said, "clean up our neighborhood." According to reports, many neighbors complained about the goings-on at the house since the women moved in about a year ago.

They got a room at the Papillon motel in Rio de Janeiro and an altercation ensued when he realized the three prostitutes he thought were women were actually transvestites. Ronaldo claims that the men tried to extort money from him in exchange for not blabbing to the media about the incident.

Ronaldo went into hiding Tuesday after a run-in with cross-dressing prostitutes that prompted police to investigate whether to charge one with trying to extort money from the soccer star.

The AC Milan player, in Brazil recovering from a knee surgery, canceled two TV appearances, and local media said he will continue physiotherapy at his home.

Police said Ronaldo committed no crime, but he was accused by one prostitute of using drugs and not wanting to pay.

Prostitution is legal in Brazil.

"It is necessary to clarify that no formal accusations were made against Ronaldo," read a statement on the player's Web site. "An advocate of social causes, Ronaldo has never used drugs and has always been admired by children in Brazil and around the world. There are indications of an extortion attempt in which the Milan striker is the only victim."

Soccer star Ronaldo reportedly dropped off his girlfriend at her house in Rio de Janeiro on Monday night, then picked up three prostitutes. It wasn't until they were all booked into a motel that the 2002 World Cup winner found out that the prostitutes were actually men.

According to Rio police, the AC Milan player alleges that the transvestites then tried to extort money from him. Carlos Augusto Nogueira, the Rio police superintendent said:

Ronaldo "reported that Andreia had taken his car documents and demanded $30,000. Ronaldo admits the facts. He said he just wanted to amuse himself, that's not a crime. To pay to have sexual relations isn't illegal. There's a strong chance that Ronaldo has been the victim of extortion."

After Ronaldo refused to pay up, the prostitutes claimed that Ronaldo had taken drugs, and had threatened to hurt the three transvestites.

Ronaldo, a three-time FIFA player of the year, acknowledged to police he knew they were prostitutes but did not realize they were cross-dressers until getting to a motel early Monday morning, according to police.

Police released more details Tuesday, and the AP reviewed witnesses' accounts to authorities.

The motel manager-identified only as Luisa-said Ronaldo, who was dressed and appeared to be sober, tried to get rid of the prostitutes after realizing they were men.

She told police Ronaldo offered the prostitutes $600 to end the incident but they would not accept dollars. The manager then converted the money into reals for Ronaldo, but before he made the payment one prostitute asked for 50,000 reals ($30,000) to keep the story from the media, according to the police document.

A motel waiter, who was not identified in the police documents, told police the prostitute went to the street and yelled "the Phenomenon didn't want to pay."

Witnesses also told police the prostitute who asked for 50,000 reals ripped out the phone wires to keep Ronaldo from calling for help, and broke into his car to steal his belongings, according to police documents. That prostitute later showed local media a car document belonging to Ronaldo.

Police inspector Carlos Augusto Nogueira said there was no evidence drugs were involved in the incident.

But he said Ronaldo and the prostitutes must return to the police station for further questioning next week. Nogueira added the one prostitute might be charged with extortion. Ronaldo will not be charged, Nogueira said, unless he threatened to physically assault the prostitutes, as one hinted.

The case made front-page headlines in several Brazilian newspapers Tuesday. And a brief video clip of Ronaldo at the motel, apparently taped by one of the prostitutes, became a big hit in Brazil after being uploaded on YouTube.

"It's really a soap opera," said 48-year-old Luiz Mendes, a private chauffeur. "Ronaldo has money to fill mattresses. He can afford the best and most beautiful women in the world. Why would he want to go out with these (prostitutes)."

Ronaldo’s fiancee decided to leave him following the scandal involving his night out with transvestites in Rio last weekend, the Brazilian press informed on Wednesday.

Maria Beatriz Antony, who had been dating the player for a year, was staying in his apartment in the Barra da Tijuca district, Rio’s west zone, when she acknowledged that Ronaldo had spent Sunday evening in the company of three transvestites.

According to the press, the player himself gave his fiancee the bad news. Antony moved to her parents’ home in Brasilia on Monday.

The scandal exploded when Andrea Albertino, one of the three transvestites, told the police that Ronaldo had refused to pay for her services after acknowledging she was not a woman.

The Milan forward, who is currently in Rio on a leave following a knee surgery, admitted to the police that he had gone out with Albertino and her friends because he thought they were female prostitutes. In his testimony, he explained that he needed to “have fun and relax” with “people from outside his circle.”

Ronaldo also said that Albertino tried to extort 50,000 reais (29,900 U.S. dollars) from him in exchange for not calling the police or the press, which was confirmed by one of the other two prostitutes.

On Tuesday, Albertino was interviewed by newspapers and networks in Brazil. While waiting for another participation in a TV show in Sao Paulo, the prostitute, whose ID name is Andre Luis Albertino, got involved in another event that led her to show up at a police precinct for the second time in two days.

She was charged with damaging some equipment of Brazilian broadcaster Rede TV, after reacting violently to questions made by a comedian that hosts a show on that TV channel.

Emperor's Club VIP Prostitution Ring Linked with Eliot Spitzer

Emperor's Club VIP is an international call girl ring that solicited wealthy male clients via a web site that rated its hookers on a scale of diamonds (and charged accordingly) has been busted by federal agents. The operators of the New York-based Emperors Club were named in a felony complaint unsealed today in U.S. District Court in Manhattan.

Federal authorities arrested four people Thursday on charges of running an online prostitution ring that serviced clients in New York, Paris and other cities and took in more than $1 million in profits over four years.

The ring, known as the Emperor's Club V.I.P., had 50 prostitutes available for appointments in New York, Washington, Miami, London and Paris, according to a complaint unsealed on Thursday in Federal District Court in Manhattan. The appointments, made by telephone or through an online booking service, cost $1,000 to $5,500 [scroll down for fee page] an hour and could be paid for with cash, credit card, wire transfers or money orders, the complaint said.

Eliot Spitzer, the Governor of New York, has revealed his involvement with The Emperor's Club VIP, a prostitution ring recently shut down.

Several phone numbers associated with Emperors Club have been under surveillance by the FBI, which intercepted more than 5,000 telephone calls and text messages during the investigation, according to court documents.

According to reports, Eliot Spitzer was client number nine (9).

It's interesting to point out that a look-a-like to Hollywood celebrity Paris Hilton may have once worked for the Emperor's Club VIP, although she denies it, and it was revealed that girls worked for the starting price of $800 per hour.

The look-a-like, Natalie Reid, denies she worked as an escort for Emperors' Club VIP, where prices start at $800 an hour. The agency's Web site had listed a Canadian woman named "Melissa" with "amazing physical beauty, high intelligence and the purity of youth," plus a photo of a Reid look-alike. The NY Times is reporting that Eliot Spitzer abruptly canceled his scheduled public events for the day on March 10. He scheduled an announcement for 2:15 after inquiries from the Times.

Spitzer is now being linked to a recent arrest of four people in connection with an expensive prostitution ring.

The Emperor's Club is the name of the prositution ring Spitzer may be linked to and according to breaking reports, cell phone records may have been what tied him to the ring.

Spitzer is expected to resign and has been mentioned on a federal criminal complaint as client number nine. His name is not mentioned on the document. He is alleged to have used the services of the 'club' and is reportedly referred to as 'client number 9'.

According to the office of the United States attorney in Manhattan, Mark Brener, 62, of New Jersey, was the leader of the ring, but delegated day-to-day business responsibilities to Cecil Suwal, 23, also of New Jersey. The office said that Ms. Suwal controlled the bank accounts, took applications from prospective prostitutes and oversaw two booking agents, identified by the authorities as Temeka Rachelle Lewis, 32, of Brooklyn, and Tanya Hollander, 36, of Rhinebeck, N.Y. …

The ring's Web site showed pictures of the prostitutes, cropped so faces were not visible, and listed names like Sienna and Christine. The Web site, which was disabled shortly after the arrests were announced, ranked the prostitutes on a scale of one to seven "diamonds." A three-diamond woman, for example, could command a fee of $1,000 per hour. A seven-diamond woman cost more than $3,000 an hour.

For its most valued clients, the Emperor's Club offered membership in the elite "Icon Club," with hourly fees starting at $5,500, according to the federal complaint. The club also offered clients the opportunity to purchase direct access to a prostitute without having to contact the agency.

Spitzer has NOT been indicted.

According to reports, the Governor took the podium for just seconds, apologizing to his family.

Excerpts of those intercepted calls, provided in court documents, offer a window onto some of the managerial challenges that confronted the four defendants who allegedly managed the operation. In them, the managers discuss how some of the Emperor Club prostitutes had difficulty taking imprints of their clients' American Express cards, making it difficult to charge them. Prostitutes weren't always punctual in arriving at their engagements. There were scheduling conflicts to resolve caused by the photo shoots of the women who modeled during the day. And clients called in wanting to know what they should tell their accountants about the expenses they were racking up with the Emperors Club.
