Lily Allen is really fun, nuts too. There is a reason I love British chicks. They have no problem prancing around topless and I respect that. It’s something North American women should adopt and soon. The Cannes Film Festival begins this week, and Lily Allen is there for some reason that I neither know nor care about because she went swimming topless. Allen recently told The Sunday Times that "In my teens I did experiment with drugs” and “I don’t know anyone now who isn’t a drug-taker, in recovery from drugs, or on prescription drugs". Allen said she her dress size has increased from size 8 to a size 12.
