Britney Spears is still driving despite being charged with charged in Los Angeles for driving without a valid license since she’s never been issued a California driver’s license and charged with hit and run after hitting a parked car. It seem like the law just does not apply to this woman. I worry about her kids, Sean Preston and Jayden James are being driven around by a mother without a valid license.
