I see HOT lesbian prison sex in someone's future. Heather Locklear was arrested by the California Highway Patrol for suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance over the weekend. She was picked up in Montecito after someone called 911 to report an erratic driver. Police pulled her over after receiving the report that she was driving erratically. Police believed she wasn’t drunk, but rather under the influence of prescription medication. The LA Times reports:
Locklear showed bizarre behavior, driving back and forth over a pair of sunglasses on the pavement and revving her engine. After leaving the parking lot, she stopped her car on the street and stumbled into the traffic lane, according to the caller, who followed Locklear out of concern, Marshall said.Judging by her mugshot, there's no way Heather Locklear will even realize she's been arrested until at least Wednesday - of next week. On that note, I'm convinced she's either trying to steal my soul or order a pineapple pizza telepathically. Click on pictures to enlarge.
When the CHP officer arrived, Locklear's car was parked on State Route 192 partially blocking a lane, Marshall said. The officer talked to her and determined that she was disoriented and "under the influence of something." She was taken to the CHP's Santa Barbara-area office to be tested for alcohol and drugs.
Locklear tested negative for alcohol. Other drug tests will be returned in a few days, Marshall said.

The Daily Mail has more details on what led up to Heather Locklear’s DUI arrest on Saturday in Santa Barbara, California. Witnesses say Heather was “revving her engine loudly and repeatedly reversing over a pair of sunglasses in a car park in SB.” She then parked on the highway and “stumbled into traffic.”
The former Melrose Place actress was booked on Saturday night having been "driving erratically" in the coastal area.
A witness said Locklear was revving her engine loudly, and backed over a pair of sunglasses several times.
The witness called for 911 because she was concerned for Locklear's safety. When a CHP officer arrived, Locklear was found seated inside her vehicle, which was partially blocking the roadway.
Appearing ‘disoriented and impaired’, the 47-year-old was taken to a local CHP station for drug and alcohol tests.
Her arrest comes just two months after she left an Arizona clinic having received four weeks of treatment for anxiety and depression.
A CHP officer was also caught taking pictures of Heather with their cellphone during the arrest. Officials claim he was documenting the scene, but others at CHP say officers aren’t allowed to use their personal cells, especially when they are arresting a celebrity. The videos and photos are being turned over to the D.A.
The details: "Around 4:30 p.m., a female witness saw Heather Locklear driving erratically while leaving a parking lot in Montecito," California Highway Patrol spokesman Tom Marshall told People magazine. Soon after, the witness -- who apparently didn't recognize the actress -- spotted Locklear, 47, stopped on a nearby highway, exiting her vehicle. Because Locklear appeared "disoriented and impaired," she was taken to a local California Highway Patrol station and drug and alcohol tests were administered, Marshall said. The actress was cooperative. "Alcohol was ruled out as a factor, but based on the officer's observations, we believe Locklear was under the influence of prescription medication," Marshall added. Locklear was booked and released.
She has been battling a raft of personal problems since her divorce from rocker Richie Sambora.

While attending the University of California, Los Angeles, Locklear began modeling and working in commercials for the school store. She was a member of the Chi Omega sorority at the University of California. In 1979, Locklear landed her first roles appearing in Tales of the Unexpected, and an episode of CHiPs a year later. She landed a few more bit parts in shows, including Eight Is Enough, before Aaron Spelling cast her in the role of Sammy Jo Dean during the second season of his TV series Dynasty. It would be the beginning of a highly successful long-term collaboration with Spelling who, the following year, cast her in the cop show T.J. Hooker with William Shatner. Until the mid 1980s, Locklear would appear as a series regular on T.J. Hooker while making semi-regular appearances on Dynasty. She later became a full-time cast member on Dynasty until its cancellation in 1989.
In the 1990s, after the failed sitcom Going Places and the 3 hour mini-series Dynasty: The Reunion, Locklear went on to play another of her best known roles, that of scheming vixen Amanda Woodward on the primetime soap opera Melrose Place. She was originally brought in as a guest star in an attempt to boost the ratings, and her billing in the credits reflected this. Despite eventually becoming a regular cast member in 1993, she continued to be listed as a "Special Guest Star" throughout the entire run of the series until its cancellation in 1999. Locklear also won First Americans in the Arts: Best Actress in a TV series for her role on Melrose Place. After the show ended, she was immediately cast on the TV sitcom, Spin City, opposite Michael J. Fox. She was also one of the candidates for the lead role as single mother Susan Mayer on the popular dramedy series, Desperate Housewives, but had lost the role to Teri Hatcher. Locklear starred in the short-lived drama LAX in 2004. blogywoodbabes.blogspot.com
